Cheddar Yoguhrt Caraway Biscuits

2 C flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
3 t baking powder
1 C yoghurt (not low-fat)
2 T butter
1 C sharp white cheddar cheese cut into chunks
3/4 t caraway seeds

Mix the first 4 ingredients together, and then add in the rest, mixing with a spoon until just incorporated. Then knead, adding a little flour as needed just until the dough is no longer sticky. Shape into 2 inch balls and slightly flatten. Place on greased baking sheet, bake at 425-450F for 10-12 min until just golden and puffed up.
